Shipping Information
Standard Orders
Orders received Sunday - Thursday ship the next business day (subject to availability).
We ship via FedEx Ground and Home Delivery . Our standard Ground, takes 3-7 business days according to your location.
All Shipping prices online are for the lower 48 states only.
International shipping
We do ship international depending upon where you are located it can be a large expense. Please be aware this is also done by FedEx and we try to keep the costs at a minimum. Please email us at info@riddlingracks.com with your postal code and we will run a personalized international quote.
Furniture items
There is a surcharge for Furniture and some large or heavy items because of the additional cost to ship them. Please allow up to 2 weeks for delivery.
Order Status
Please provide your email address during check out so we can email you an Order Confirmation. Once your order is shipped, we will send a Shipping Confirmation email.
To track the status of you order on our site, click on the Order Status link in the upper right corner of any page on the site. Once you enter your order number you will see the order status. If the order has shipped, we provide the tracking number(s), which normally link to the tracking page on the appropriate carrier's web site.
Return
This item is sold as vintage. Splits, cracks and such only add to the chracter of the piece. We do our best to sort for color, but can not be exact. All racks are non returnable.
